We do not need any. You might, so you have to give some thought as to how much they cost to hire. Not just their salaries but benefits, days off, holidays, desks, telephones and even a part of the office overhead.

Employees are a major cost to any business and that is why a lot of companies buy computers and automate as much as they can. We took a look and decided that employees were just too expensive so we picked a business that did not require any. Why borrow trouble if you do not have to. Lots of businesses have no employees beyond their owners so this is hardly a radical concept.
